I can’t think of any

Cons

The leadership at this company care more about lining their own pockets than helping their employees. They paid for catered lunches every week a couple times a week but just laid off a bunch of employees. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’d rather have my job than a sandwich every Tuesday.
