Good pay but toxic environment with broken equipment

Pay was good. Employees were chill.

Cons

Multiple Lay offs without pay. Broken equipment needed to complete tasks. (Scanners, Forklifts, Reach trucks, printers, cameras, Internet) Still to this day these things are still Broken they say every year they are fixing or getting new things but they never do. Treat their employees like machines. Expect them to come in shut up and do your job. No earbuds. It is life draining and soul crushing to work in this environment.

Mediocre pay with minimal oversight

Cons

The company doesn’t not care about you and will actively work to do less for you unless you constantly keep them accountable. Benefits might as well not exist, private insurance is cheaper and better than what is offered here. You will be thrown under the bus at first available opportunity really just not a sustainable environment for employee retention and you can feel that in the turnover rates and the disenfranchised attitudes of longer term employees
