Pros

Basic things like healthcare, annual time off allowance, low level benefits etc. all standard but good - never had issues with taking holiday or using one of the benefit perks, and some of them are definitely worth taking advantage of

Cons

Hard to go to concerts - there is a ticket allowance but it doesn't even cover x2 tickets to an A-List artist show. 4 days a week in the office - it's not that bad, but the office itself its very short on space to do calls etc., so actually makes it hard to do your job well in the space provided
