Pros

You do get full benefits, but it'll cost you!

Cons

HR is there for the execs and the execs ONLY. If you report any type of harassment and abuse they will find a reason to let you go (like during layoffs), but will do nothing the abusive executive. And they have a DO NOT REHIRE list. You can have the most perfect resume and meet every single qualification and they will reject your application every single time. The pay is abysmal, the perks are few (very few), and they have these high school like cliques that you can't join.

Pros

Positive and flexible office culture, very inclusive.

Cons

Internal conduct training is lacking where minor management-types can make false reports on other team members that are not investigated properly. Do not provide basic feedback as it will be taken as a personal affront in bad faith.
