If you are willing to really dive in and learn and take opportunities on offer then you will maximize your experience. Within huge label there are lots of learnings and opportunities to move around within the company and your career opportunities outside of Universal are very positive. Experience at labels really sets you up for so many positions in the industry. Great access to outstanding projects.

Cons

If you have a young family it can be testing if you need to be out in the evenings and there is often quite a lot of shows to attend etc. The pay is not as high as some labels. Health care benefits good and I found it a very positive experience.
