Working alongside some of the most creative people in the music industry. Company provides amazing benefits for its employee (free products, concert tickets etc.) but also offers really interesting training opportunities through the learning & development division, great for ongoing learning. Company culture is really open-minded and striving for progress.

As for all companies this size, opportunities to grow and develop can be limited. Really competitive and demanding industry,
