      Fun company, Bands in your Friday AM meeting, exciting things you're working on

      Cons

      Micro-managed, too rigid for me, not my favorite job, NO WAY to move up within the company or to another area you're interested in. They do not help you whatsoever, unless you're one of the favorites.
