      Pros

      Laid back and friendly corporate environment. Music playing in the office with posters all over the walls. Very easy to reach out to senior executives. You can easily make yourself heard and they actually care about your opinions and ideas. Also, great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes the managers are so busy with their work that a lack of supervision was felt. Although that allowed me to take my own decisions and become more confident, I feel a lot of time could have been saved if a little more communication was present.
