Pros

Great group of people, fun environment and nice perks. Location is great close to many restaurants, market.

Cons

Some of the leadership has been there too long. They are out of touch and not open to new ideas. Inflexible. Traffic getting there is horrible. Should be better when METRO is built but that is a few years from now. Favoritism. No flexibility in work schedule.
