      Pros

      Salary was competitive, great place to work if you love music and are a hard worker, wonderful group of employees and awesome vacation package and personal days given.

      Cons

      Often left to your own accord without much instruction... very results driven. The music industry is getting smaller and smaller so it isn't the best industry for those just starting out.

      Pros

      Interesting and exciting work Fun and creative atmosphere Music - its kind of crazy to get paid to work in it Team If you work hard there is room to advance. I started off at a 'representative' level and had 3 raises and a promotion in less than 2 years Out of all the majors in my territory Universal seems to be the most adventurous, willing to try new things, be creative, etc Not too bureaucratic

      Cons

      Budget cuts have hurt the majors. The reality is less people doing more work. I'm willing to work hard, but there's a point where people need more support on their teams
