Pros

Free CDs and some opportunities to go to screenings/hear possible signings. No dress code is an attraction for some people

Cons

- Huge over-reliance on interns across the whole company - the Company runs on this cheap labour. - Not professional atmosphere. - Very poor pay. - Clique work environment

Great place with drawbacks

Pros

time management and flexibility is a big plus, the general work ethic and first and foremost the great people that work here make me want to come back every day. perks such as free concert tickets, events and others make up for the mediocre pay.

Cons

salary is not unfair but also not competitive. depending on where you are based, the carreer possibilities are (very) limited. working with artists and their representatives can be very exhaustive.
