Good pay, bad culture

Pros

Average pay but decent bonus with nice offices.

Cons

Bad culture, a lot of redundancies throughout the office with no reassurance given over security. No gratitude shown by management for good work and no check ins to see how team are doing. On a personal level, return from maternity leave has not been pleasant and have had no support to see how I am doing balancing being back in full time work with a family.

It's decent.

Pros

A lot of perks and benefits to choose from. Good work environment if you are in the right team. Great exposure if you want experience working with global markets.

Cons

Your time here highly depends on how well you fit culturally in your team. They are fine with underpaying you. It's strange they are still insistent on coming into the office 4 days a week when it's been proven time and time again that a lot of things can be done from home. Little room for career growth and development.
