Pros

You get to read the cases other guests leave behind. you get access to the parks you get access to seaworld and their parks one week of free soda two free meals in a year (one during team member appreciation week and one during your birthday month... only backstage) discounts on backstage food as well. Pretty decent employee food.

Cons

Clique-y management double standards HR lets employees be racist to guests (no lie, i reported two people for being racist and they still work guest services, heck one works at WDW too) HR will target you if they deem you a "problem" There is no union to protect you
