Fun, safe atmosphere. Fair compensation. Pleasant working conditions. Large variety of disciplines and specialties working on multiple projects together. Nice location.

Cons

Highly competitive. Internal promotions are touted but seldom a reality. Departments are more adversarial than cooperative.

The excitement of working in a theme park, the benefits and the perks are the main reasons why I work in Universal Orlando Resort.

Cons

Some managers are not well prepared and treat you unfairly. You don't get well paid for the job your doing.

Free admission to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens, and Sea World. Affordable health care options. Free admission tickets given out every quarter

Cons

Benefits of working there pale in comparison to those at rival theme parks. Few opportunities for advancement. The few promotions available result in a much heavier workload, while the increase in pay is negligible. Employees who complain the most while performing their job duties the least get the most attention, while the employees who do their jobs go unrecognized.
