Opportunity to take lead and "own" projects and truly be involved as a decisions maker Great exposure to entire process of taking strategies/projects from idea to execution

Cons

Not equitable in pay & promotions Internal discontent between departments that should be collaborating on projects Information not being readily shared with stakeholders

Free admission to park. Discounted tickets for friends and family. Lots of hours. Discounted meals in the employee restaurant when you work a shift.

Cons

Dealing with rude toursists. Never having 2 days off in a row. Working 10 hour shifts. Always being prevented from getting over-time.
