Don't do it unless you have done your research

Pros

Most of the employees are great people.

Cons

They will try to get you saying their benefits are great they are actually crap. Their compensation is about 70% compared to average Hours are demanding for nothing in return If you don't do something exactly how you're told you might as well have done nothing Management will waste you for every ounce of life you have left They will try to trap you, in any way they can so you can't leave.

No training, terrible pay, outdated methodology

-Wide variety of projects to work on

Cons

-Expectations to produce assets without any training with their systems, software, and pipelines -Terrible compensation for the expected production

We often hear how much employees enjoy working on new and varied projects each day versus being stuck working on the same widget month after month. Leadership has recently reviewed the current onboarding and training in place and has committed to building both out so they are more robust to help both new and long term employees when learning new tasks. We also are committed to compensate employees fairly so the value they bring the company is reflected in their compensation.

Pros

The general staff were great, but reprimanded into submission and conformity, tolerant of the insanity.

Cons

The company is living on a dead legacy and urban legends. The sales pitch doesn’t match the reality.
