Pros

The management team is great. They are positive and work with employees to help them grow and improve.

Cons

The plant (production line) employees change a lot. It's a revolving door, which is not necessarily because of the job itself (though working in a cold environment is not for everyone), but it is the nature of the type of employee and the business itself.

It is a great time to work for Universal Pure and grow with the company. There are many opportunities for advancement. But of course, you have to work for that advancement. Leadership invests in talent and improvement of company culture. Hourly employees just got a huge raise!!! Lots of OverTime!

Cons

Benefits are not the greatest, but they are a lot better than what they were a year ago.
