Steady schedule. The production team is friendly and you get a 30 min break.

Cons

You work in the cold. Upper management has no clue how the process works. There is no trying.

Pros

Most people are very nice and good to work with.

Cons

Upper Management doesn't know what is going on but makes the decisions. (as in most companies). Forgets that it is the regular employee that makes the business. Companies can survive without upper management but cannot operate without the regular workers.
