Pros
Everyone there will support you and work with you to accomplish what you need. Great team, fantastic project manager, and overall fantastic work experience.
Cons
The software development team is very small and the pay is relatively low for the field with only roughly a 1% raise each year. Inflation was accounted for only one year I worked there. There also isn't much room to grow in the company due to the small team. The primary language used isn't used much outside of the company either, which could be considered a downside for some developers hoping to hone in on a specific language skill.
