Pros
I have been with Universal Software for more than 4 years now, I found the company to be very employee friendly. During these years I have learned a lot from my senior peers. Staff have been very supportive. Overall it has been a wonderful experience.
Cons
Every company have their own set of ups and downs. I have seen good phase and can understand what it needs to be done during crunch situations in a company. It doesn't matter to you if you are skilled and loyal towards your work. This company never laid anyone off, if the person is hardworking employee and no company ever does. If you don't want to work hard and keep complaining about company then definitely a company would. Overall no such thing as CONS in this company.

Pros
Working with Usoft is like working for yourself. I get a lot of freedom to work like I want it to be, one can maintain a work life balance here. Also, the projects are good and long term which gives an advantage to learn new things and explore more. There are employees who are associated with the company since long so, it feels like home working with old pals. I am associated with the company since past 8 yrs. and learned lot of things working with different projects. We get freedom to think, learn and implement which is very important for someone who wants to grow professionally and personally.
Cons
Need to work more on employee training programs.
