Pros

Fun to entertain, pretty good pay, enter park whenever, can bring a few guests a year, some movie screenings

Cons

Rostering system isn't great, only a few people get full-time, management is not actor friendly, managers sometimes have little performance experience, very corporate, management sometimes anti-actor. No real paths for advancement, unless you want to be a theme park supervisor or manager. This is in entertainment. Seems better in other departments.

Pros

Being a production Assistant at the theme park was fun. You got to help fun shows, control lines, guest relations, and escorted the characters to and from photo areas.

Cons

Guest can be overwhelming and crowd control can be difficult.
