Pros

Fun atmosphere. Coworkers around my age range (18-25) Lots of Employee Benefits like free therapy sessions and free entry to the park. Great trainers and managers.

Cons

No Tips. Long walk from parking lot to locker room and to cafe, forced you to arrive at least 30 minutes before you actually should arrive.

Pros

Benefits like tickets and early access to events are nice.

Cons

Often found that scheduled end of shifts times weren't honored. I was almost always kept after when the end of my shift was supposed to be for various reasons including staffing issues, etc.
