Pros

Fun environment at first Some guests are genuinely excited to be there even after the wait and it's fun to engage with them.

Cons

Minimum wage less union fees. Understaffed, overbooked. Burned out staff in general Food stand attendant in the park outside Toadstool is much much much less work for the same pay. No tips allowed so it's better to be a server elsewhere if you are good at customer service

Pros

The employees are wonderful, management is helpful and organized and the pay is great even during the off seasons the pay is good.

Cons

Giving a fair share of hours to each employee. Returning scheduling to management who physically work in the restaurant instead of a third party scheduling system.
