Pros

Fun environment. I loved meeting people from around the globe, and working in a fun environment in a Customer Service capacity.

Cons

My chief complaint would be the way management treated their employees. In order to qualify for medical benefits, you had to work a certain number of hours, for a certain amount of consecutive weeks, months, etc. And as you were about to qualify, they would purposely cut back your hours so that you'd have to begin the process all over again. After 16 months I finally qualified for benefits, only after complaining to personnel that my benefits had not been processed yet. A very poor way to promote employee retention.
