Pros

Good benefits, overall it was a good company

Cons

At one point it was a good company with good benefits, after de pandemic it got really stressful, of course you could understand because the global pandemic but the company didn’t try to protect employees, they just care about the money and didn’t care about how guests treated the team members

Pros

One of the few places a scenic artist can get full time work with benefits. The benefits are excellent and affordable. The company provides tons of PTO and vacation time, and you get free park tickets every quarter, though employees can go whenever they like.

Cons

The work is VERY monotonous. You are essentially a certified gum scraper and theme repairer. You are assigned a specific area and that is all you will work on. The majority of the staff work overnight shifts. Staff getting along is like any other company, there were some really toxic people and some really great ones.

Pros

Great benefits. Free access to theme parks including SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and Universal Studios properties. The pay was good for a water safety position. The team members were the best part of this job.

Cons

Management was not as understanding of your needs. Universal has a point system for attendance. So, any minor inconvenience you might have in life you would have to explain that to your management as to why and lose an attendance point. If you run out of attendance points then you will get fired from the job even if you were a great employee. They don't believe in having a life outside of work.
