A big company where everything is structure and centralised. Great benefits and culture.

Pros

Great if balancing school and work or if you only need a job over summer or winter break.

Cons

Can be hard to get time off of work during peak season. Extremely fast paced at times and can be overwhelming at times.

Pros

Park admission and discounts on your T-mobile bill. Discounts on food.

Cons

Expect to do a lot of work without extra compensation. Expect leadership to not sign needed papers for HR and completely ignore your career goals because they are focused on their own. Expect unfair break times and horrible food options at the cafeteria.
