Pros

Great Company to work for. You have employee discounts in the parks, hotel and some of the local businesses in the Orlando area. You can grow with the company; which can be a con since they hire within first. Any manager or supervisor position is hard to come by if you are not already employee there . You can pick up shifts if available.

Cons

The point system makes it easy for employer to fire you even if you have a good work ethic. (this did not happen to myself but to other employees).

Awful

Pros

Had a lot of overtime and benefits

Cons

I worked at Citywalk and I know from what other employees have told me the park and city walk have different rules. Citywalk makes up their own rules. They overwork their employees.
