Pros

The pay is not great but not terrible.

Cons

The company does not care about or like performers. We are treated as props, not people. Patrons come to the park for entertainment, but entertainment is the always top of the list to be cut, undervalued, or mistreated.

Pros

Surrounded by extremely talented, highly motivated creatives with a wealth of industry knowledge from a myriad of backgrounds. Great projects with exciting IP. Excellent pay and benefits. Everyday you will be learning…

Cons

Universal is a huge company so the bureaucracy can sometimes feel daunting and as with any large organization there is internal politics to navigate.
