Pros

Pay was better than other positions in the park. I enjoyed my coworker. I enjoyed being able to make people's days better

Cons

There are certain situations where guests get very upset over company policies and you get yelled at. It would not happen every day but it is not fun when it did.

Pros

As an employee, I got to go to Universal Studios whenever I wanted. I would get discounts on food and merchandise.

Cons

You are on your feet a lot and also will run into some tough situations with guests.
