Same but more hours, many times 10 hour shifts sometimes even 12, 6 days a week over the summer. People like the OT, others would like to have more time off. But sometimes co worker's make it fun and okay to be there so long. Managers in my department were decent, some could be a little more helpful to employees. If there are issues the problems are because of the people who work above our managers.
