Profit will always be the absolute and unequivocal 100% top priority. Safety, training, student experience, onboarding, policy enforcement, morale, literally everything takes a backseat to making more money. Not making enough money…more money. It’s not like we aren’t already making a huge profit. They just always want more no matter the cost.
