      Pros

      - Commensurate Compensation - Camaraderie amongst coworkers (and customers) - Always something new to learn (boredom is very rare) - Project management: you will be in total control of projects assigned to you with minimal supervision - Seeing your hard work recognized (Architectural Digest, news articles, etc.) - Universe makes a very good effort to stay at the forefront of new technology and will actually implement new ideas/workflows you propose if they work - A new found appreciation of architecture in general (for example, the alignment of certain features of a building will look that much better knowing what it took to make it happen) - Flexible schedule

      Cons

      - Inconsistent amounts of work - Important meetings with superiors will frequently be rescheduled due to availability - Initial learning curve is high
