Pros

The company was growing quickly when I joined and it felt like they were having some difficulty maintaining the small company family feel as they grew. Good people, good benefits, clean office, and regular bank hours. Everything was perfectly adequate.

Cons

I never got excited about going to work. Nothing wrong with the place, its just not the kind of environment where I ever felt like people were poised to succeed and do big or interesting things. Its a lot of the same day in and day out. New projects are harder and harder

Pros

The incentives and benefits UFCU offers its employees is unsurpassed. When the CEO of the company knows your name and treats you as an equal it makes for a great work environment.

Cons

The only con would be pretty much what the majority of FI's have, and the would be Saturday hours.
