Pros

Server position has flexible scheduling and are willing to accommodate to students school schedules . Would recommend for a student looking for a part time job. Good benefits package for full time employees

Cons

Not allowed to accept tips as a server but do get a bonus at the end of the year through an appreciation fund set up by the residents. The downside to the fund is that it has to be taxed.
