Pros
Health insurance is amazing, a lot of starting vacation, many great people throughout the organization and overall not a bad working climate. I am optimistic about the leadership of the University's new President Sarah Mangelsdorf.
Cons
Many organizations within the college are bureaucratic, territorial, and run by people who have no business being in their roles. Until Coronavirus the organization has not had to think too hard about the efficacy of its resource allocation.
