Pros

Fun environment. Employees are friendly and chirp. Great friendships. Many work opportunities and options since there are so many departments. I's very simple. Dress is work casual. Great growth opportunities. They give you a raise every year. Promotions are often. Everyone seems to know each other so it creates a feeling of a family environment. The open cubicle systems help you meet everyone.

Cons

The cafeteria is the worst. Terrible food. A lot of work. Not much rest. It's project after project. I wish there were more opportunities to disconnect from work and share with other employees. If you're not working over 8 hours and a workaholic you get seen as lazy. It's exhausting environment. There's the people that work really hard and then the people that social loaf due to the hard workers. Wish there was more motivation and recognition for hard work.

Pros

Good benefits. I can’t think of any other pros.

Cons

Constant jokes at the company about nothing working and their disorganization. There is no strategy in place to overcome their audience aging and loose in audience. For anyone who wants to learn and grow professionally, stay away. It’s a joke of a company. Data and analytics: excels that are updated manually with a team that has non existing excel skills. Tells you pretty much everything.
