Pros

passionate employees, top Spanish-language station/company

Cons

Felt no support from corporate (different city) - very much alone on an island. No formal training, new hire orientation, company strategy insight, etc.

Pros

I worked there as a freelance assignment desk editor. It was my first job out of college. Coworkers are helpful and try to help you get ahead. I learned a lot about the industry.

Cons

Management doesn't like to promote from within especially if you work the assignment desk. Little work and life balance.
