The company has a great atmosphere with friendly professionals who are willing to help you in anything you need. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and, depending on the department, management really pushes you to reach your full potential.

Cons

I noticed that they'll hire outsiders to fill in the bigger positions, as oppose to hiring from within.
