Good 9-5 hours. Great pay. Work is easy. If you work for the right person and they notice your hard work and dedication they will help you move forward in the company.

Cons

horrible health insurance. horrible vacation time, literally 10 days a year and 5 of those days need to be taken when the office is closed during the Christmas holiday.
