Pros

I worked there as a freelance assignment desk editor. It was my first job out of college. Coworkers are helpful and try to help you get ahead. I learned a lot about the industry.

Cons

Management doesn't like to promote from within especially if you work the assignment desk. Little work and life balance.

Pros

Good stepping stone to get into media. There are some people who know their stuff and very knowledgeable on the Hispanic consumer

Cons

Worst management team. Too many chiefs. Upper management is like a reenactment of Mean Girls. Company is focused on going public and cutting budgets to show a profit.
