Pros

Univision is a leader for the Hispanic community. They do a lot of programs and outreach to the community on health, education and well being initiatives.

Cons

High stress environment, results are expected yesterday and instructions are given tomorrow. Management is constantly changing, as are expectations and goals. With all the gossiping, temper tantrums and egos the company culture mirrors the novel drama they put on the air more than a normal work environment. It can be a learning experience for younger, just out of college, individuals, but anyone with significant business experience, would feel frustrated and stunted professionally.
