Their is a huge potential for growth and innovation, but you must be willing to get your hands dirty. The process of getting to the next level is going to be tough but not impossible.

Cons

The company has grown so much in the last few years, everything here seems tactical. Always putting our fires. Focus needs to be placed on Strategy and long term goals.
