Pros

Tuition reimbursement, good healthcare insurance, vacation days, and flexibility.

Cons

Horrible management and HR doesn't work for you, but against you. Lay offs every month.

Pros

Univision's greatest strength is it's people! They have an enthusiastic crew that grew up with the Univision brand and are genuinely passionate about serving all Univision viewers, listeners and advertisers it touches. Great work culture and fun staff!

Cons

Upper management set unrealistic expectations and sales goals without regard to current market downturn. Results: low morale and smaller paychecks. They still haven't figured out a way to coordinate and incentivize both radio and TV sellers to work together without competing against each other.
