Pros

People working there are very friendly and competent. Salary compensation is good in comparison with the market.

Cons

There is no project management culture. Deadlines and commitments are all over the place, quite overwhelming. If you like to work extra time and under pressure, go for it.

Pros

The company name is recognized everywhere you go. It looks very good on your resume! You get good experience on the job.

Cons

Coworkers are always complaining to be there and there is too much gossip. Promotions, increase in pay and bonuses are MIA.

Pros

Company brand awareness is impressive. Growing segment of latin population can put this company at the forefront of growth and opportunity.

Cons

The organization operates in a very silo'd aspect. Technology is dated along with its processes. The people also operate in silo'd old fashion styles.
