Lack of communication after the merge, that created an unhealthy environments with a lot of uncertainty, friction between the merged company teams that affected all the company culture. Due the bar project management many times you will have to work over additional hours and days to meet the goals you set for yourself without consulting the engineers Bad project management, always rush and not focus in quality (mostly Vix project), mostly the time feels like an startup company with and old corporation mentality because sometime you can can do the jobs of 3, bad team structure, bad organization, a lot of unnecessary position and missing of necessary positions, a lot of VPs but missing of who make the job done, a lot of third parties companies. Not clear career path, not a clear engineering team. not too many tech challenges
