It's a soap opera

Pros

Very fast-paced, lively culture so you never get bored. Exciting to work in the media industry and interact with celebrities and TV personalities.

Cons

Senior management hardly interacts with employees under their segment/function. If you aren't another senior employee, they will not talk to you. There's a lot of politics and if you know the right people can get away with a lot of inappropriate things. Work hours are long even with a 9-6 work day, you need to stay late every day or come in early to manage the work load.
