Pros

Flexibility and plenty of opportunities to learn about different departments and areas. Will find a lot of great people that work there with tons of potential. Great place to network and meet different kinds of people.

Cons

Any additional work done will become your job without compensation. For 1 person that works hard there are 2 people who don’t, leaving the slack to be picked up by you and others. Unorganized managers and lack of communication with a clear understanding of expectations.
