Pros

Lots of fancy new equipment to learn on. They depend on this advantage to stay competitive, because there is no innovation on creative side.

Cons

Simply put, too many brown-noses and backstabbing to allow something good to happen. Actually had equipment sabotaged on regular basis. Had receipts for reimbursement of petty cash stolen by a producer, cost me $100 to learn to always make copies. No one ever leaves on good terms so forget getting any work out of them after you leave. They will bad mouth and blame freelancers for all their own failures, after they get called in in panic situation, deadline only days away, to help staffers, who waste all their time in long fruitless meetings.

no loyalty to sales staff, accounts change constantly even when it's something that you bring in, commission structure and percentages change each year
