Pros

Exposure to millions of Hispanic people nationwide.

Cons

Micromanaging and very biased. Input and feedback for show segments were always usually dismissed and the EP wanted to always frame segments around liberal viewpoints. They’re obsessed with immigration and didn’t learn from the 2024 presidential elections that 1) not all Latinos are here illegally and 2) not all Latinos ONLY care about immigration. They care about economy, healthcare, etc.
