Pros

Relaxed work environment, summer Fridays, unlimited vacation.

Cons

No leadership, terrible processes, constantly feel like I'm cleaning up someone else's mistake. Everything from payroll to billing is done manually and mistakes are constantly made. Impossible to get anything done right the first time. Teams are clicky and most people spend all day talking so we get nothing done. Would never recommend working here.
